Fox News, after unfairly firing Tucker Carlson, sent him a cease and desist order for what they call “Breach of Contract”. Tucker responded with a massive lawsuit, stating that it was Fox News who violated their contract but also for stifling his freedom of speech.
Carlson filed the lawsuit in New York State, where Fox News is based. The lawsuit alleges that Fox News is preventing him from using his first amendment right of freedom of speech after ordering the former star host to stop posting his show on Twitter. Twitter advertised heavily, knowing fans would flock to the free speech Mecca.
Fox accuses Tucker of breaking his non compete clause when he started doing the Tucker Carlson show on Twitter, saying they still owned the rights to content Tucker would produce through 2025.
Carlson, knowing his rights, filed suit for 450 million dollars, stating that is how much he would earn with Twitter, which was much more than he’d have made finishing out his contract with Fox before they unjustly fired him. The lawsuit is also alleging that they are trying to stop him from using his constitutional rights.
Legal experts understand that Tucker Carlson signed a contract which he promised to uphold, but Tucker and his fans have no idea what that means. They live for him to spoon feed them compete bullshit and make them afraid of imaginary boogeymen. They also have no idea what cartoon candy character to be aroused by. It’s kinda weird.
Tucker Carlson knows he’s in the wrong, but it matters not to the mindless flock that will buy into anything the bowtied overgrown 12 year old will say.
