Oliver Anthony was recently interviewed by Joe Rogan on his podcast. The two talked about a lot of things, from America, music, his hit song, President Trump and religion.   Oliver Anthony didn’t back down from any of his beliefs.

He talked about the state of country music and where it should be going. Oliver lamented in America and how much he loved it. He also touched on Donald Trump, saying “He really did make America great again”. It was refreshing to hear this man speak truth to the masses.

But he was adamant with tears in his eyes about Jesus and how he loves Jesus. How we need Jesus in the classrooms and how Jesus could fix America. Oliver Anthony, folks, is a Christian. A God fearing Christian. Thank Jesus! We need people to speak out on Jesus’ behalf instead of staying silent!

“Jesus never ate fudge rounds” said Anthony, forgetting, apparently, that fudge rounds were introduced in 1960, a full one thousand, nine hundred and sixty years after Christ, according to the Bible. But what’s a few years off? I’ll bet Jesus never had an iPhone either. Which He would, because everyone knows that Apple is superior to Android.

He talked about other stuff too probably but I didn’t listen.  He went on about Jesus and fudge rounds and not understanding the human condition and also how even though he has a hit song that hot chicks don’t want to do him because he looks the way he does with the red beard and honestly, stop letting your mom dress you Oliver. You’re an adult. Get it together.

There was no talk about his office job or how a multimillionaire noticed that they could both make a lot of money with him singing a song chastising poor people while pretending to be one of them. Of course it’s a huge hit. Because of course it is.

But that’s what america wants. Forgetting what Jesus actually taught and hating those that are different. And being made fun of in a song and not understanding that either. God bless America.
