For months now, there has been speculation of a surprise candidate that would emerge from the Democrats in the race for the White House. Now it seems she has revealed herself. Michelle Obama is expected to make the formal announcement of her intention to run on Monday morning.
The announcement comes as no surprise to many. Mrs Obama has hinted for years of her desire to join her husband in politics. She sees her family as being “destined” in some way to lead America and says “Not doing so would be a disservice to the citizens.”
A member of her staff, wanting to go only by “Joe B”, leaked the information and added this:
“America will be saved from the Trumpo-Christian menace. Barack Obama was the best leader we had seen in decades and Michelle shares his ideals. She will renew and continue the Obama legacy so that America’s future will be a positive one.
Michelle has been considering this for some time now but wanted to be sure. The preceding months have been spent getting her ducks in a row – making sure her kids support the decision, interviewing running mates, learning the ins-and-outs of the constitution, and so forth. She’s now ready and America can begin its celebration.”
Fortunately, America learned its lesson after the last Obama left office. Michell has no chance. There is a better way, a way that works. We will be celebrating, but for President Trump’s certain reelection.
