Trans activist and influencer Dylan Mulvaney has filed for bankruptcy after the Bud Light controversy. The influencer was awash with cash in March and through frivolous spending and the backlash is now broke and trying to find ways of supporting herself.
Mulvaney raked in $28 million in sponsorship deals and from other ventures, but once the Bud Light controversy exploded, companies pulled away and canceled contracts, putting stop payments on checks to mitigate the disaster from the Mulvaney Bud Light flop. Now months later, there is zero money coming in.
Mulvaney spent millions on cosmetics, clothing and other items that has to now be paid for. Before the controversy, all seemed well, but since Bud Light featured Mulvaney on a can of beer, the cash pipeline dried up and Dylan now has to find actual work.
Mulvaney publicist Joseph Barron knew this day was coming. “The parties, the booze, the sex, it was constant. And now we’re broke. Except for the millions that we made and still have, we’re broke. What to do!” He exclaimed, laughing to the bank.
Nobody knew who Dylan Mulvaney was until the Bud Light controversy. Now, Dylan is a household name, and people have been going nuts over Dylan. Good publicity, bad publicity, it all pays the bills. And up until March, there was no publicity, and now men with beards and lifted diesel pick ups can’t keep Dylan out of their mouths. Literally and figuratively. Weird.
It’s almost as if the people really offended wanted Dylan Mulvaney to be famous, and here we are. Bud Light’s backlash didn’t hurt Mulvaney at all
So let that be a lesson. Instead of embarrassing yourselves about things that you don’t understand…. Shhhhhh…you never know who’s profiting off of your outrage. God bless America.
