Federal Court Unanimously Finds Biden Mentally Unfit For Office

Joe Biden is not well. This is obvious to anybody who has so much has seen him speak. His memory is shot and he is often confused. His mind is not all there. He is a few bricks short of a load. Some would even say he’s lost his marbles.

His mental state is so obviously impaired that the Federal Mental Health Political Action Committee decided that they had to take action. They did so by initiating proceedings against him in federal court to have his name removed from the presidential ballot.

Hank Helmet is the chair of FMHPAC and he shared with us their reasons for seeking to oust Biden from ever attaining the White House:

“This is not something we wanted to do. Nobody wants to take away such lofty dreams from any individual in this country. But it became more and more obvious as time went on that it was necessary.

We all remember the 80s. We remember Ronald Reagan and his dementia and we all remember what a disaster that was. After that train wreck, many in government decided, ‘never again.’ And so this committee was formed to see to it that the mentally unsound cannot be seated in the Oval Office.

Joseph Biden is a good man but his brain has deteriorated to the point of no return. He cannot be allowed to run and the court agreed with us today.“

Lead Justice, Joe Barron, outlined the court’s decision to negate Biden’s candidacy:

“It looks like dementia. He can’t remember things. He doesn’t know who people are. I actually fear for his sister that he might mistake her for his wife and try to proceed with her romantically. Joe Biden has started his descent into senility. This type of madness cannot be allowed to run this country for nothing positive would come from it, only disaster.

And so, it is with a heavy heart that we, the court, felt we were left with no choice but to remove Biden from any possibility of attaining the presidency. His name will be stricken.“

This decision is a first in American political history. This is a landmark decision that will change our future forever and it is all for the better.
