President Donald J. Trump has issued a demand that ALL ballots for the Presidential election be printed in ENGLISH ONLY, nationwide.
And why shouldn’t he? This is America, and English is our official language.
Printing ballots in multiple languages encourages people to be lazy and not learn English, even though that’s our official language.
Except for when it’s not, which is all the time. Yes, really.
But back to the ballots. Trump — a known racist sh*tbag — refuses to admit that many immigrants to this country have learned English but still might be most comfortable reading important documents in their native language.
So, he called every governor in every state and said, “Hey, Governor. Print your ballots in English only.”
And every governor, except for a few Southern dumb*sses who are just as racist as he is, told him where he could shove his demand.
The Secretaries of State also told him that his demand would fit nicely in his fat ass.
Sandy Batt, voting rights specialist and world-famous Trump hater, spit out her Miller Lite and threw the can at the wall when asked about Trump’s latest stunt.
“We don’t have an official language here. Never have, never will. This is just more xenophobic nonsense from that loser.”
Trump’s bootlicking lackey, Stephen Miller, was visibly aroused when talking about the necessity to disenfranchise millions of American citizens whose first language isn’t English.
“They’re not real Americans until they’re 100 percent fluent in English. And until they’re real Americans, they can’t vote. This is making me a little horny just talking about it.”
The reality is that the Voting Rights Act protects, among others, American citizens are not native English speakers. They have a guaranteed legal right to a ballot in their native language, no matter what the racist Commander in Chief says about it.
November 3 can’t come soon enough. Be excellent. Vote blue.
