Republican Official FIRED for Exercising His First Amendment Rights

Republican Tom Eckerle of Michigan is a true patriot. Just like President Donald Trump, he’s not afraid to speak his mind and say exactly what he thinks, which is usually a good thing. This poor, persecuted man, though, was FIRED for speaking his mind.

That’s right, he was fired from his elected post as commissioner of, um, something unimportant, just because he exercised his right to free speech.

Has no one heard of the First Amendment? Did he lose his First Amendment rights to free speech, simply because he’s a God-fearing Republican? Since when it is a firing offense to say what you mean and mean what you say?

It seems that only Republicans are subject to any rules about speaking their minds these days, doesn’t it? I mean, come on. All he did was use the n-word to describe Black people in Detroit and blame the spread of COVID-19 on them. It’s not like he did anything really horrible and morally reprehensible!

This red-blooded, true-blue American patriot has lost his job as an elected official in Moose Balls, Michigan. What will he do now that he can’t serve on some random commission, soak up taxpayer dollars, and be a racist turd on the public’s dime?

Mayor of Moose Balls, Sandy Batt, commented, “Good riddance. We don’t need trash like that on our commissions.”

Now that Eckerle has lost his job, he’ll no doubt have time to post racist crap on Facebook, call into Rush Limbaugh’s show and say really racist stuff, drive around in his 1978 Impala yelling racist things out his car window, and otherwise prove what a racist piece of trash he is.

If he were a Democrat, he’d have gotten away with it. If he were a Democrat, his outburst wouldn’t have made national news. If he were a Democrat, the political correctness police wouldn’t have forced him to quit his job.

If he were a Democrat, he wouldn’t have said it.
