President Trump has begun the process of removing Mitt Romney from the GOP. Romney knows his days amongst Republicans are over. He sees the writing on the wall.

That explains Romney’s appearance in New Hampshire this weekend at the DNC Primary. Romney is set to participate tonight in the leadership debate with other hopefuls including Biden, Sanders, Warren, and Buttigieg.

The Democrats appear to have been expecting this and have welcomed him with open arms. DNC spokesperson, the very doable Satya Martin, spoke of Romney’s involvement:

“Mitt Romney is one of us. He always has been and he always will be. When he joined the Republican Party, many within our own ranks were very disappointed. We understood that he was using the motherf***ers to take power in the red state of Utah, but we were hurt nonetheless.

There was much crying when he did that. We felt snubbed and passed over. But now he’s back! He’s coming home where he belongs. We love Mitt!”

Romney’s camp expressed similar sentiments. Spokesperson Ben Peenspear gave voice to this:

“Mitt loves the Dems! He always felt that he belonged with the Democrat party but he had to go the other way in order to please the people of his state.

Now that Trump has ordered him out and, since he already has the support of Utah, he is free to do as he pleases. And what pleases him is to go home to his Democrat brothers and sisters.”

Of course, nobody in the know is surprised by any of this. Romney has always been a RINO. Finally he is showing his true colors for all to see.
