John Rich, half of the superstar country music duo Big & Rich is known for his excellent country music hits and his amazing country style. He’s also known for being a huge patriot and a big supporter of the 45th President. He makes no apologies for being pro American.
John has been all over Twitter in the last few years, posting pro America messages and tweeting his support for the 45th President, Donald Trump. He is an outspoken proponent of Trump and the Make America Great Again movement. It’s cost him some of the Nashville elite, but he doesn’t care. He’s a patriot.
John recently released a new album that has been getting praise for its pro American message and excellent toe tapping songs. But one outlet in particular has denied playing his new music video. That’s right. CMT. Country Music Television is at it again. Apparently they’re still infected with the Woke Mind Virus.
The song, which is a love letter to America and Donald Trump has been praised by those who’ve heard it. But CMT has denied Rich the opportunity to present it to the masses, and he’s spitting mad about it. Haven’t they learned with Jason Aldean? Do they really want to be the Bud Light of country music?
CMT program director Joe Barron answered our call. “It’s just not a good song, and it’s a bit cringey to be completely honest. A grown man dressed as Minnie Pearl crooning to another man about his love for him, and especially with the leather man mustache. Seriously. That’s giving Village People/ getting A framed in the stall of a gay bar vibes all day long”.
While yes, John Rich does look like a stereotypical gay cowboy, that really shouldn’t be held against him. It should be his hot takes on America and that stupid mustache plus the horrible music he “creates”. It’s almost as if his cowboy hat covers his ears so he doesn’t have to listen to that shit.
In any case, it’s more of CMT protecting its audience from yet another super crappy song by yet another fake patriot in a ten gallon hat who pretends to be “one of the good old boys” while sitting in a mansion never having to deal with actual real people. John Rich sucks. God bless America.
